Its Argos folks. Order, pay, collect go on your way. Never had an issue myself. I have found just about everything i have needed here. If they don?t have it they can normally tell you when they will.

Staff are great here, knowledgeable and helpful. I bust my back because I fell like a sack of potatoes in the snow a while ago and one of your members of staff nearly jumped at the chance to help me out to the car with my items, I didn't get their name unfortunately but he's a hero.Cheers!

Ordered a Xmas present while at work and states on the order email etc open till 9pm got there at 19.15 and the store was closed?. If it stated store was closed I wouldn?t have ordered it online and paid for it.

I would like to draw your attention to one of the employees of your company. Well, on 5/9/22 I went to pick up the previously purchased goods that were purchased by your app. My surprise was that your employee named Michele from your store in Larne City asked me to show the Argos card physically. I said that I do not have such a card, but I have the order number and a photo of the card. Your employee said it was not enough so I called a friend of mine who is disabled to present the card via online video. Because he was ordering via the Internet and I am only his guardian. Your employee was still relentless, which made me embarrassed when he buys your store for a long time and this method was enough for me to pick up the previously ordered goods. I had to go to Glenarm, where my disabled friend lives, put him in the car and specially return to Larne to show the Argos card in person, this trip totaled 60 miles because I had travel to do this route twice and the item cost only £ 20. Fuel costs were inadequate to the price of the goods. Is this how your friendly policy towards the consumer is supposed to look like?

Staff are always so friendly and helpful. Sadly, their stock has definitely went downhill. Most items are not in stock . I loved doing my toy shopping here but they rarely hve things in stock.

Larne store during lockdown...staff have been excellent...new tv went down...staff gave me leaflet ..got in touch with the number...New TV 3days later ..EXCELLENT SERVICE.

Ordered a fridge from Argos to be delivered. I had taken the day off work to be there for the delivery, the delivery was due between 1-3pm Argos then decided to send a text to cancel it at 2.30pm that day when I have already taken a day off work. Absolutely appalling. They then arranged another date themselves without arranging it with me. Also they are impossible to get through to on the phone whenever we were trying to cancel the order. Really bad customer service. Would not recommend buying anything from Argos that requires delivery as they do not care about the customer. It?s only whenever it suits them.
