Rayanne House is a wonderful hotel. The staff headed by Conor's family is excellent, friendly and professional.The quality of service is very high as well as the level of cooperation and support for all of guests.I am proud to write few comments about this fabulous place!

Booked for the night of a family wedding in June. They phoned to cancel the booking today because they received a block booking with not a word of apology or alternative offered when finding reasonably priced accommodation for that date was already difficult enough.

This is a really superb Guest House in a beautiful part of Northern Ireland. The building is iconic, the staff superb, and the food excellent. I visited with a group of friends as we were attending a function locally. I have taken a note of Rayanne House as a place to which to return for a longer visit.

We stayed for a few nights, our first trip away for 2 years. We?ve stayed here many times before and as always service was excellent, food was excellent. We were given the disabled room giving me much needed accessibility. Lovely few days away.

Nice little guest house, some lovely views and nice and close to the town so can walk down and back if you wanted to eat somewhere else one night. We were at a small wedding, it was an enjoyable day, and the rooms are clean and decorated to show the character of the building.

So lovely! We were in town for a wedding at the Ulster Folk Museum, and stayed for just under a week. Very cozy and charming, very clean. Breakfasts were delicious, the staff is friendly and helpful. It's a little bit of a walk to the nearest shop, so perhaps better to have a car, but totally worth it.

Thank you so much for such a lovely stay in Rayanne House! The house was absolutely stunning with lots of character and the room was spotless and very well kept. I could not have asked for a more perfect nights sleep! The location is absolutely ideal as it is only a few minutes from Belfast city airport! Overall a 10/10 experience for us and we would not hesitate in staying here again.

Just be aware of the spiders! We had quite the 8-legged visitor in one of our bathrooms. Breakfast was wonderful, more upscale than what we were used to. Lovely views if rooming on the front of the house.

Booked this for two nights for a classy hen party. Bernie was incredibly helpful from initial booking, flexibility and suggestions. The price was very fair for us all and transparent throughout. They were very responsive to emails and phone calls and excellent communication throughout. We arrived and were warmly welcomed. Our rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. We had drinks in one of the main rooms, and the team went out of their way to help us set up media. We then moved into the dining room for a 9 course replica meal of the Titanic's first class last meal. It was delicious! The setting was perfect and the sound proofing meant we felt comfortable enjoying ourselves without disturbing other guests. The staff really helped us with everything and we continued our festivities in another of the main lounges. The next day we went into Belfast, which was a short drive by taxi. Rayanne House were great at recommending we booked a taxi home ahead of time, as they are tricky to get

Wow! What an experience! We have been on a 2-week vacation going all around England and Ireland and this was by far my favorite dinner of the trip! Every single course was something that far exceeded my expectations and left me satisfied! So reasonably priced for what you get! The staff were lovely and the rooms were all very different and cool in their own way! We have a large party of 9 plus one extra person and they accommodated us very well! If I ever go back to Belfast, this will be my first pick to stay! Thank you Rayanne House for a lovely experience!!

Thank you so much for the lovely stay for my husbands birthday. The room made it...top floor with balcony...wonderful views...could have stayed longer and gorgeous breakfast so different from anywhere else

Short amble up the hill for an amazing unpretentious, homely tasting menu with friendly service and food that was simply out of this world! Flexible for dietary needs of the party and excellent wine pairings. Reasonable priced. Highly recommend.

Fabulous location. We have had many family meals here for special occasions and have never had a bad, or even less than excellent, experience. The food is always well presented and delicious. Can't recommend highly enough.

Had to book a room at 10pm in the evening and everything went smooth, great breakfast too, would definitely come back
