Amazing food! Got the breakfast waffle special and a chai latte, sister got a milkshake and walnut & banana cupcake. All amazing, quick friendly service. Clean inside but a bit loud as normal for cafes.

My husband came in today to get a fry and hot chocolate to take away. £18.50!!! He said the food was terrible, 2 runny RAW at the top eggs, 2 bits of bacon that could have been hammered with a nail, he threw it away and he was starving it was that bad.
Those prices are absolutely ridiculous, could understand if the food was of a higher standard but really???

I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Everything was amazing. We just moved to the area and we will return.

Hate leaving a bad review but the service here was really awful. I asked if we took a seat or ordered at the counter - was told to take a seat. Then we were completely ignored. Another lady came in & she got served her order simply because she directly told a girl as she walked through to her seat. I again went to the counter, to a diff girl, & she said someone would be over. The same girl who had 1st told us to take a seat, who then had proceeded to have a chat with the other staff, cleaned tables, served the other lady, was on her phone & clock watched, as she was soon to be off shift, FINALLY came over. Coffee was average as was the food, although to be fair they did have gluten free muffins to have with a coffee, which was great to see. Definitely will never be back.

They don?t do takeaway well no matter what they say ; so don?t bother!
Called in today for two sausage rolls and two coffee to take away. Checked with the girl in the till first if they did take away and she said they did !
Twenty minutes later I left with the order. Very bad customer service . Coffees appeared promptly but sausage rolls took ages. I was told by ( the manager ?) that they had to go into the back kitchen for them and put them in the oven and that was the delay . Saw one of the three chefs , in the not busy kitchen , place them in the microwave !
Ordered ketchup and brown sauce to go with it order. That was a sight to behold! Couldn?t find the plastic containers to put them in, or the lids. All this with three free members of staff at the front looking ( or maybe not looking too hard!) incredible ! Just said in the end; give me the sauce without the lids!
No apology or any effort to acknowledge the slow and poor service !
The over was over £20. When I opened the bag I discovered they have t even put in any cutlery with which to eat the rolls and the bit of salad and coleslaw they had put in there ! Really poor show!
Won?t be back for takeaway or eat in !

On Saturday I went in with my Guide Dog puppy in training. Waited to be seated at front as requested & asked if I could bring my Guide Dog pup in, just for a coffee & was told I would have to sit with him outside, needless to say I declined. Very disappointed in this establishment, won't venture back with or without my dog.

Warm welcome upon arrival at this beautiful cafe in Holywood.
The young man who served us was super knowledgeable and super sweet.
Food was quality and delicious, we had the pork shoulder hash, beautifully presented. The hot chocolate cookie pie was as good as it looked, which was stunning. Simply the best hot chocolate I've ever tried. Latte was thick with perfectly frothed milk. Thank you for a quick early lunch!

Staff were half asleep a 15 minute wait for a table, only I saw two empty tables... Next, we ordered French onion soup..after a little long of a wait we were told no wheaten bread so which would we like instead..he did not know what bread they did have to offer. Finally, soup arrived to be told there was also no cheese so we ate our bowl of onions and left.
