This place clearly states 'residential' care home...my mother was due to enter this home...and on the day she was being released from hospital after a bad fall and subsequent infection I received a phone call from here telling me they can't take her in as she doesn't have a dementia related illness...I have had this checked and there are 3 units in this home...dementia...nursing...AND residential...to find that I had been told blatant lies left me very very angry...and left my mother devastated...disgusting behaviour
