One of Hillsboro’s best pub eateries. Little pub bar the front and restaurant at the back. Nothing unusual - just friendly and prompt service. I was particularly pleased with my halibut steak on mashed potatoes and tenderstem broccoli, washed down with an icy cold lager beer. Well worth a visit.

My friend and I had a beautiful meal at The Hillside this evening. The service was second to none with a very pleasant and attentive lad attending to our every need. I couldn’t fault the food as it was delicious and the service outstanding. Thank you and we will look forward to our next visit. ?
