Fantastic atmosphere, beautiful food and great staff. Added bonus that dogs are allowed in the restaurant part of the bar. We had a family member become medically unwell and the staff were unbelievably kind and helpful in assisting us. They went above and beyond and they are a credit to your restaurant! We used to visit this place regularly and found it charming in every way. However recently it seems to have new management, or perhaps new staff.Visited a week ago and although the food was good, customer service was somewhat lacking - perhaps more training is necessary.

Had an amazing meal . Had hot wings and deep fried brie for starters. Had fish and chips which were beautifully cooked and presented. Staff friendly and attentive. The Hillside is such a lovely quaint place with wood burning stoves and fires. Food Fabulous!!! .
