The man is not only fixing cars he is also finding the issues and performing a high standards quality job.I can only rate this garage 1 trillion stats. Again I have done a flush transmission on my BMW f30.Top top man.He only used genuine parts and he really does an astonishing job

Hasn?t a clue left my car worse than it went it and far to expensive he gets none genuine parts and charges you BMW prices I seen gsf and euro car parts deliver to him. There lights on that were not on before. Charged me for telling me had faults instead of fixing them never changed the filters I went to bmw they fixed it for 30% what he charged and bmw fixed the damage he caused changing wires and fitting faulty parts. Avoid go to bmw directly as this person doesn?t even drive a bmw himself terrible experience. BMW stated they had to get rid of him due to the amount of complaints from customers cars he worked on. Avoid bmw cheaper honestlyYes it is you I have proof of receipt your no good and far to expensiveServices: Air & cabin filter replacement

Did an MOT check on my car for an emergency appointment. I didn?t have very much time to get the check booked and he was very kind to fit me in. Car passed with flying colours and I couldn?t be more thankful.

Glad I found this BMW Specialist had my 330d Msport in for a major service and a steering knocking. Was informed by a main dealer this was a £2500 part repair Rhys fixed in for 10% of that..more than happy to pay..great advice on maintaining gearbox to increase life. A response to the owners response: once again you proved my point that you shouldn't be in customer service. Not once did you update us without us calling multiple times beforehand. I would recommend following your own advice and not leaving details out. Not once did I raise my voice at you, or rant down the phone for 10 minutes, unlike yourself. You say you are busy but have plenty of time to argue with paying customers.I have no doubt that the owner is a great mechanic and they did fix our car, however communication is non existent and if you ask how long until the car is ready, you get shouted at down the phone and told to take the car elsewhere. This business has the potential to be great, but the owner needs someone else to handle customers or learn to communicate better. My car was here for 4 weeks and I was just under £1.4k down, I expected better customer service for the money that I paid.

Mixed bag of a review however I am sure Reece will appreciate the honesty here.We had called as our local garage had diagnosed a problem with the abs and possibly a transfer case however had recommended we go to a BMW specialist as it was not their specialty ( we weren't charged for anything by them nor did they fit any parts as Reece had referred to in his reply but rather this was prior to us owning the car where the centre support bearing was replaced and since had whined at 30mph )We had sent the diagnostics across to Reece who confirmed that his would be able to pull more information to diagnose as our local mechanics had advised.Reece did advise he was busy and would be six weeks but managed to let us get it in early which is still very appreciated.We had left the car in and had waited a week to see how everything was as it was the diagnostics, after trying to call we couldn't get through but also needed to get down to grab a few bits we had forgotten out of the car and get an update, called again two days after this and got an update that it was the oil in the transfer case. Two control arms and other bits which was all fine.We had called the following two weeks but didn't get through as we just wanted to grab an update ( we understand you were busy and the circumstances with the part acquisition as someone had been diagnosed with cancer and hope they are managing ok)It was the final run up which was poor in my opinion, Reece had recognised his communication was poor as that's not what he is paid for," if we wanted better communication we should have went to a dealer" to quote what was said and with quite an attitude, I myself was entirely and completely amicable with Reece and on the final call which was before collecting the car I had called numerous times just to communicate with Reece that I could be able to come and collect today and could be around if it was ready, Reece confirmed it was sitting out but had not been test driven which was absolutely fine for us as we were happy to test drive it.The portion where Reece has said you need to communicate with your partner was true, however was not all that was said and Hannah's tone and communication was nothing short of amicable as was mine however your attitude when replying to issues pointed out to you was frankly poor, alongside telling me you had no time to speak to me and update me you were happy to vent on the phone for 5 minutes rather than speaking to me like a paying customer who frankly just wanted clarity on what was going and how things were, you will remember I had reminded you of this on a call that it was all I was trying to do.As a mechanic 10/10 as a person communicating to customers this absolutely needs to be improved on, I was entirely happy to wait for however long it was however expectations and communication needs to be there.Reece had diagnosed and fixed multiple issues we didn't know about which was excellent and the three issues we left the car in on which was the abs warning light, centre support bearing and the coolant leaking the abs and the undiagnosed issues were fixed but the coolant and centre support bearing are still niggling away.Once again I just want to summarise however if your able to leave your car in and not worry about it for a few weeks and are happy to go without a call for a while I would absolutely 10/10 recommend Reece, but if your on a time crunch and need communication maybe as Reece suggested in going to a dealer is the preferred route and paying a higher price.

i have a breakdown recovery company based in lisburn i have used rhys at car clinique a bmw specialist hillsbrough a number of times when i get customers bmw vehicles broke down at the road side i telephone rhys to see can he help us out and with all is help he says sure bring the vehicle up he has never turned me or my customers away ,this man is always busy but has time for everyone and his workman ship is 1`st class and he can fix any bmw i recommend the bmw car clinique to everyone and at a price a lot cheaper than the main dealer thankyou rhys for all your help

Left my 330i into Car Clinique this week as my oil filter gasket had gone and was leaking oil all over the pulleys and belt and one of the pulleys was also starting to fail. Rhys did a fantastic job on it, identified and replaced the bad pulley, replaced all necessary gaskets and the belt, fresh oil and oil filter and gave the car a good check over too. My car is now tip top and better than ever. Very pleased .Can be hard to find a good genuine mechanic sometimes but Rhys knows is stuff and would recommend him to anyone. Any issues I have in the future Car Clinique will be my 1st call. Thanks Rhys!Service: Oil change

My timing chain & engine broke so I rang The Car Clinique and Rhys was able to get my car recovered and a month later have a new engine and chain on it! Then a couple weeks later I wanted a turbo done and he sorted that quickly! His prices are very reasonable too & such great customer service, thanks again Rhys I?ll definitely be back
