Ordered via just eat app and waited over an hour on my order. I rang them saying that the order had said it was delivered but clearly not so waited another 30mins and it finally came. Opened it up and it was freezing clearly from waiting that long and I was missing items. Rang the chippy again and the wee lad said he was gonna give me a new fresh order. The delivery driver came later on and demanded he needed the old order which was half missing and cold so i had to explain and he said he was sorry it?s just the chippy woman said that and not my rules or id happily give you the order agreeing with me. Phoned the chippy for a 3rd time now and it was a different person on the phone this time being very unprofessional and cheeky towards me saying the wee lad made a mistake and tried to phone me but I have proof of no miss calls. I hung up never got a refund or any compensation and I will not be ordering ever again from this company SHAME ON YOU!

Hadn't had out of here in a while but remembered the chips and fish being very good. This time however while the fish was OK the goujons were overdone and the chips were awful. Must have been reheated a dozen times.

Every time I go down something is missing from the order. Sometimes no one is there to serve you. Chips are undercooked and sausages are old and dried out. The hot plate is disgusting, anything cooked on it smells like death. Same price as captains table which is good for most things

it's supposed to be chicken fillet burger believe it or not! it didn't even fill the bap and the chicken was skinnier than the batter i have to say it was more like a chicken nuget burger it wouldn't fill an infant and I asked for salad and just received lettuce, I wouldn't have payed a £1 for it never mind £4.80. I'll not be

Dunno if it's because I was starving but the cod supper I got here went down an absolute treat. Bloke even threw in a free curry sauce for me as I was running low on cash, hero.Portion size was more than enough. Even had chips leftover there was so much.
