The guys at the Tech stop are very helpful and have a lot of experience. I went in with an issue were solidworks was struggling with certain tasks, I thought it needed a faster processor but after booting it up and going through the issue (which they did on the spot) it worked out it was a software issue!! NO CHARGE WOW.I would rate them 10 out of 5 if I could, highly recommend.

EDIT: the owner called me, being very kind. He apologises for the response to my request, due to a bad time in their team. I appreciated the call, which shows good customer care.Went to them firstly to have a laptop keyboard replaced, it was pricey but it worked fine. After a few months, the same laptop stopped working and I kindly asked if they could just check one second if my charger was broken or not by plugging in a HP charger. In that case I would have purchased a new charger from them. It would have taken less than one minute to do it.They said no, I had to book in and wait one week and pay £25 for diagnostics. Not happy with it.

Absolutely fantastic service had a problem with my PC after a Windows programme locked the hard drive, Gavin fixed the problem will ease while I waited in the shop brilliant service and very courteous a really top notch guy and company.

My laptop broke on the plane over and the guys were able to squeeze me in to look at it. The repair job was bigger than hoped for so there wasn't time to get it fixed but the service I received was excellent. Thanks folks and I'll be back in new year

The guys were able to get my PS4 back up and running in no time. they were able to tell me I had a faulty Power supply unit and had it replaced in no time. very happy.

Very good place to go for a laptop mot. Guys in the shop extremely helpful and restored an old laptop as new for a very reasonable price. Will use again.

Can't thank Gavin at The Tech shop enough! He sorted my mum's phone in an unbelievably short time and the price was amazing. Not only that, when I had my elderly mum in the shop, Gavin moved a chair to the other side of the counter to make sure she was comfortable while he investigated the phone. I booked it in with what he said needed done and within a half hour got a call from him to say it was fixed. Highly recommend Gavin and The Tech shop to anyone needing a phone repaired!
