Hi we were in Knags on Saturday 9th for dinner at 6.30pm.
Service was so so slow! Was just about to ask someone to take order when the girl eventually came.
Then we had to wait ages again on our meal, when others who had came in after us were all looked after before us!Having ate here lots in the past , I had recommended we go, but this time was very disappointing !
Food was poor for the price, stroganoff sauce was very thin and tasteless! Lasagna wasn?t much better!
Food wasn?t presented the way it was in the past !

Attended a post funeral buffet lunch. Food was excellent. Service superb and placed in a private area for the funeral guests. Overall a very positive experience on a very sad occasion

My wife has mental health issues - but the staff were all so helpful, understanding, friendly and considerate. The maitre d went over and beyond

Had lunch there today, will definitely be back, the food was gorgeous only issue no salad with goujons.
The food was piping hot and served in hot plates this is how we should be served food in restaurants.

Bank Holiday. Place was super busy but squeezed us in. Food was faultless (even under so much pressure.. Tasty, fresh ingredients. Have to mention the scallop started, IT WAS OUTSTANDING..Still craving the creamy sauce...Staff always a delight ?
