Came here after work and spent £46 on shopping, the girl at the till with long wavy ginger hair and butterfly tattoos on her arm scanned everything through then handed me 3 bags.... she stood picking her nails as I packed the 3 bags myself without even a single offer off assistance which would've been welcome as I had just finished working a split-shift. Very poor customer service in my opinion.

In a real rush this morning and only had cash to pay, so couldn?t use the self service. No que and I ran to the counter where a cashier named Amy proceeded to very slowly wipe around the basket area. I asked her ?could you take for this?, she responded ?when I?m finished this?, then very slowly continued wiping the area. I asked her her name & told her that her customer service was ?wonderful? in a sarcastic manner, to which she replied ?thanks?. Very very poor service, very bad mannered individual.

My previous Google comment refers. Eurospar provided me with confidence that the situation was investigated and satisfactorily brought to a conclusion. The person got their money back which I am happy about.

Wanted to use the air machine and the card payment was out of order so asked in store for change so I then would be able use the machine.
The fella wouldn't open the tills unless a purchase was made also the duty manager said the same.
I find it difficult to believe a duty manager doesn't have the authority to open a till.
Like I said the card payment facility wasn't working so I needed change for the air machine.
Poor show guys don't offer a service if you can't provide the facilities.
Will not be back as the service when I do shop in store is average.

Very friendly shop, staff very helpful. Hot and cold deli, hot drinks, butchers, post office and good range of products. Petrol station on site too.

An excellent one stop shop for pretty much everything. Staff are friendly and helpful. Girls at the Post Office Section are always very quick and efficient. But my special shoutout goes to Michelle at the Deli Counter. I have been buying from the hot food counter for years now and... without a doubt... Michelle is the absolute Shining Star of this particular Spar! Hands down a keeper and a credit to the establishment.She ALWAYS has a smile on her face no matter the day/no matter the weather. She is to me... the Gold Standard to what all customer service agents should aspire to be! If she's NOT the manager behind that counter then she definitely should be. Or perhaps it's not a position she covets. At the very least, in my opinion she's EXACTLY who'd I'd want running the counter if it was my own business.Keep a hold of that one. Not many of her type around! ;-)

I have never experienced or smelt a smell like the customer toilets - wonder if they are ever cleaned and if so what is the rest of their hygiene like

some workers are lovely and smile and have manner meanwhile OTHERS very rude and need to overlook how they speak to customers. a simple sorry excuse me is okay sometimes??

Typical Eurospar in layout and products. Very busy with all staff working hard. Short staffed at the Post Office and again long queues at the tills.

The milk is off when you buy it at night. They keep a few bottles unrefrigerated beside the counter to make it easier to operate night service window.

The deli is great especially the chicken wraps/ baguettes and the staff are great make sure its not too late or the deli will be closed when you get there
