Do not order form here. I should have read the reviews before ordering. Order never received waited two weeks for it still to be under quality check when paid 15 pound for delivery in 7 days. Was told they contacted the supplier who said item was delivered which it never was and when tracking the item still said it hadn?t even been dispatched. Now waiting on a refund but it?s been sent to their account team for review??!! Review for what an order that I never received!

This is a scam company, they take your money for items that they cannot provide then never give you a refund, ive been chasing for over three months, i had one response saying that a refund was sent, that was back in may, im still waiting. I Wish id checked the reviews as there are hundreds of people saying the same thing, cant believe they are still trading! Ive seen some others have reported them so will need to go down the same route.

I found the perfect gift and I paid additional postage To Make sure the item arrived on time.
I had to chase decor interiors because I didn?t receive an update regarding my order.
I was told you due to low stock The order will be dispatched within five days.
I asked to cancel my order as the gift would not arrive in time And they cancelled my order.
After Several Emails back-and-forth since 6th June Iv still not received a refund which they said would be processed.
Very disappointed with the service.

I ordered curtains a month ago. Only to discover they were on pre order, due late September 25. So I cancelled the order on the 1st July 25. Now, on 11th July 25 , still no refund. And you can never get through to them on the phone.

I returned a damaged item months ago. I called and spoke to someone around 7 or 8 times, I was told they would follow up with the damages items team. Nothing has happened so far. They don't answer emails either.
Rubbish. Avoid if you want goid, efficient customer service

Avoid at all costs, I made an order nearly 2 months ago (?1700) and haven?t received it and no response to my emails or calls. I don?t believe this is a legitimate site which is validated by the other reviews here

Is it company policy not to answer the phone or emails? I emailed to cancel my order and even though I followed the instructions on your website I have received no response. I have called your phone number 4 times to no avail. Please respond or I will put in a complaint via my credit card company.

Used this company for the first time No sign of my goods and no updates from anyone until I chase.Had 2 emails telling me different statuses but nothing sent yet.Impossible trying to speak to anyone as cannot get through on phone.Beginning to wonder if my goods will ever be shipped!! Would avoid using this company if you can

Please advise on my order which I have been waiting on for over 2 months. Note this is the second post on this website. This is beyond poor service. I am not one to raise negative feedback but this is ridiculous. Good job I?m back to Northern Ireland in a few weeks time. Looking forward to seeing the shop and seeing what the update is. I feel like my money has been taken and I?m sold a story each time I get a response (when I get a response)
