Customer service skills terrible shouldn't be working with the public can't rate there food as didn't get that far told them there attitude stinks and to forget about the order and went somewhere else

I ordered the 9 inch munch box for delivery at 10:20pm yesterday thought everything was grand but I was waiting until midnight that night and I was brought the wrong order, delivery driver trying to tell me I was wrong and ordered what he had in his hand then said he couldn?t do nothing about it cos the shop was closed?? obviously need new front of house staff seeing the woman on the phone was chinese and couldn?t understand what i was saying

I've ordered delivery a few times and noticed this. It may seem obvious to some but maybe not to others but when I order with in the 1st hour of opening or before close the delivery is alot faster and fresher than peak times (6.30-9)

Noticed here that others have expressed an equal dissatisfaction with separate charges, whilst I experienced a distinctly nasty attitude from the proprietor of this slop house, after I'd questioned him on why the additional fee of 40 pence for boiled rice and alike isn't inclusive with the price at first glance on the menu?

Ordered from here for a change , food was mid, delivered fairly quick , asked for sauce separate & it was poured on , only an issue because we?d specifically asked for a tub so it could be used on two meals

Having to pay EXTRA to have the sauce separate from the salt and chilli chicken meal is ridiculous, also it just says ?sauce? no indicator of what it was.Ordered salt and chilli chicken and salt and chilli chips with BBQ sauce. Chips were not salt and chilli, but were drenched in sauce to hide this. Chicken pretty poor quality. Not the best experience however it arrived fast.

Worst place I have ever been food discussing.Wood and plastic barrier between the customers and staff!! Must be there to protect the customers from the food. Dreadful!!!

Absolute EMBARRASSMENT of a Takeaway!! 1HOUR 45MINS we waited on an order as their complete incompetent delivery driver gave it to the wrong address. It?s not THAT hard to follow google maps! There was NO REMORSE, no refund NOTHING. A family with two children, baths were stalled, and bedtime stalled all because of these workers unable to keep us updated with our delivery whether late or whatever. We?ll never order from here again.

Ordered last night with family, wasn't nice at all, chips were gross, orders weren't right and it was late. Not ordering from here again £70/£80 down the drain.
