Absolutely love the works stores . This store is huge with an amazing selection of everything craft ,stationary and what an array of books for all ages . The book section is full of great calue reads and my avid reader was in heaven and picked up some great bargains .You will find everything for all ages ,all crafts and even knick knacks for treatboxes. The store owner is the most customer friendly man ever . He made every person who walked through the door feel special . Myself and the girls loved the atmosphere as well as the great selection of stock. A wonderful asset to the high Street

This isnt your typical works. I've been in a few and they usually have a good selection of books for everyone. As well as other things. This one hasnt. This is the first time in at least 5 years I have been in one and didnt buy anything. Its marketed towards young people (ie primary school age). There wasnt anything interesting in it for me or for anyone I was looking at buying for christmas/ halloween. I wont be wasting my time coming in here for a 3rd visit (i had to visit it twice to make sure its really that rubbish).

I love this store. I always love to stop in to see what they have in stock, and always end up buying way more than I intended. I would love to see them have more of a selection of fictional books (fantasy, sci-fi, etc) as many of the books are either children's books, slice of life (heartstopper, which is amazing) or mystery novels from what I've seen while browsing. When it's not self help books or autobiographies.It would be fantastic to see more books at this stop, as we really don't have any proper bookstores outside of the works in the area. The art supplies are always good and this is also a fantastic place for school supplies. Plus they have a range of reusable bags, with no one-use bags, so they're somewhat environmentally conscious. The staff is also fantastic just so u know. Anyways, it's a great store. I highly recommend checking it out

This is my fav shop in the whole world I love noising about lovely little crafts in there and I always get loads of things can?t help it everything is so cute I don?t know what I would do it it ever shut down but I would certainly save a bit of money is it did but everything I buy is worth it in there love that shop I definitely recommend ?

Excellent prices, and very good if youâ??re looking to be thrifty in your stationary spending. Used to have a lot in terms of books, but seems to have been cut back in recent times for touristy nicknacks. Staff are otherwise fantasticâ??very friendly and very helpful.

I recommend the works but don?t recommend their delivery service I paid for next day delivery yesterday and it?s not arrived. I called them to find it?s not even on its way. The woman was helpful but they can only contact the right department by email so I have to wait till they email her back before she can call me back.
