I just love new look there staff are always helpful and online shopping if uv a problem or a query they answer back promptly but best of all I love there variety of clothing shoes etc and all at a reasonable price, best clothes shop out there n to b honest I am addicted ?????????????

Went here on Tuesday at 4.50, girl standing at the door told us we could go in, went to go upstairs and another assistant told us we couldn't go up, we were asked to leave. Absolutely disgusted with the treatment.

New look in dungannon is smaller shop it has lots of clothes I used to buy in the shop but I think the clothes are more for teenagers I'm 20 years old some of the stuff hasn't changed in years
