The good parts are definitely the stunning surroundings, the proximity to Enniskillen town centre and the friendliness of the staff. The downsides are how uncomfortable the beds are, myself and my partner woke up with sore shoulders and backs after a restless couple of nights sleep. There was also no air conditioning in the room and if the window was opened the noise from the busy Belfast Road spilled into the room. The breakfast was also very poor, for a 4 star hotel to serve school canteen sausages is not acceptable, the bacon also looked like it had been cooked on a corby trouser press. 2 stars may seem harsh overall but the most important parts of a hotel stay are the comfort of the bed and the quality of the breakfast and both were very poor

Was looking for a nights stay, and this place was recommended by the receptionist from the Golf Spa, as they were full, she phoned them so we had a reservation. Were upgraded to a Suite. An amazing Hotel.

My family and I were there for a reunion of sorts, and I can?t say enough good things about this place. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the rooms were comfortable and clean, and the location was pristine!! I also had a spa treatment while there (full body massage) and it was incredible. The food was fresh and delicious. Can?t recommend this place enough!!!

Wonderful stay at the killyhevlin Hotel, lovely meal,and a candlelight concert by Frank McNamara and a string quartet ,of coldplay songs.great night,and lovely breakfast.

Everything was good, from check in to our 2 day stay. Views are stunning, the restaurant and service was really good. Will definitely be coming back again.

Pet friendly. Spacious room. Quality bed linen. Attentive staff. Decent leisure centre. Fantastic views and walking areas. Only downside is the set menu and lack of outdoor heaters.

We were gifted a stay in one of the studios, we didnt even stay the night. Incorrect to say this is isolated, or countryside, it is beside a main road right beside enniskillen, the biggest town in fermanagh, and this is audible all the time from the room. The room is very claustrophobic, and opens onto basically the main hotel, so people walking around the hotel have a clear view into your room. We tried to get it changed but it was made to sound impossible. The grounds are also disappointing, given they were sold as open and countryside, the grounds are largely concrete. We visited the spa and the facilities were very poor. Saunas, and jacuzzi were lukewarm. In the end we decided we would be better off at home, as there was no hope of any relaxation, which was the main reason we were there.
Those giving it 5 stars have surely no point of comparison, it is at best a 3 star hotel.
The manager's response when they reached out to me, was to call me a liar in repeated emails, and try to convince me I did actually have a good time.
I've never encountered such bad customer service in my life.

Was in on Thursday to get a light Lunch, soup which was way too salty and turkey and ham sandwich, bread was hard. Receptionists behaviour was incredible rude. Female Receptionist making derogatory comments about guests request on the telephone to her male colleague R. Really juvenile, rude behaviour that doesn't cast a good light on the Killyhevlin.
