“Most of the time I note in reviews that staff at polite, friendly and helpful but the staff here are on another level; nothing is too much trouble for the staff.I’m not a regular customer and I only go in to get things for a friend but every time I go in I’m impressed with the staff here.As I didn’t want to wander around today looking for my item I showed a picture to the member of staff and asked where I would find it; he took me over to where it was and then made sure I had what I wanted before walking away.”
