I called around a few different hair salons in Enniskillen to get a quote for a wash, cut and blow-dry. I was quoted £27 on the phone for this service which I was more than happy with so I went ahead and booked an appointment. I only wanted a trim. However after describing that I don't like my hair naturally straight, the stylist said she would run the tongs through it. I was not informed that this would cost me any extra so agreed. In my experience, this is always just included in the price of a wash, cut and blow-dry. When I went to pay, I was advised the price was £37, with the stylist telling me an extra £10 was added on for having run the tongs through my hair. I am disappointed, as I feel this is expensive for the service I received today. The stylist however was lovely and did a really great job.

This is the best hairdresser's I have ever been too. Helen the proprietor is an absolutely talented hairdresser and her standards for her staff is so high it makes it a very professional salon. I travel a lot and regardless as to how much my hair needs doing I won't go anywhere else.

Went in to go from black/dark brown to blonde and I was told no couldn't be done and then put in another dark brown on top of the black which made it darker and then bleached parts to add 'highlights' today I went to another hair dressers, Simply Hair and came out with blonde hair!! So it could have been done but they just didn't do it! It cost me £70 in headquarters for nothing and £75 in simply hair and they actually did something.
