“I had been experiencing something unusual with one of my eyes, I called the store late in the day and was offered an appointment for first thing the next morning. The optician was so professional and explained what was going on in my eye in detail. The two other members of the team who also dealt with me were friendly and professional. Overall very happy with how I was treated.”

“Holy moly , all stops pulled out for me. Went to asda enniskillen to the opticians. A test was booked straight away and I met Ross the optician . Got the eye test promptly an have to say very professional with state of the art equipment I hadn't seen before in other opticians. Picked out two pairs of glasses in the huge selection of frames an decided to go for varifocals and branded frames. I was shocked when I was told it would only cost £120 for not one but two pairs with anti glaze etc. Was it would be ten to fourteen days till collection.8 days later got the call saying both were ready.Have my new snazzy glasses an so happy the way the staff treated me. They said in two years we'll contact you again to maintain the service and check for any changes. What a service.Thanks Ross an staff for all .James”
