I joined Bupa only a few weeks ago after needing alot of work done as I was too nervous to go to the dentist. The receptionists are a credit to the buissness Al so helpful and very reassuring when they seen how nervous I was . I had to book private for Callum to extract a curved rooted broken tooth and even he was so kind and talked me through what he was doing and how long was left . I'm so glad I joined Bupa as I'm not afraid to go back to get the rest of my work done.I felt a little faint from lying down and the team brought me back in and told me not to be rushingThanks again guys you've really put my faith back into getting my teeth on its journey x

Emergency appointment needed but due to limited number available on the day it didn't look good. Got called back with a cancellation due to the very understanding and helpful receptionist. The service from everyone involved cannot be faulted in any way. Very friendly, helpful and professional all round. Also very informative regarding available options with their pros and cons fully explained. I'm really glad I'm with this practice. Thank you all.

I waited a year on a crown to be fitted and when it arrived in the practice i was not notified of this and was kept waiting i had to call and cheak if it was there,verry poor service and then the cheek to charge me for being 2 minutes late for an appointment when the couldn't answer the phone when i rang numerous of times to say i would be late..and then had to take another 2 days of work costing me over £250 the crown didn't fit and was charged another £40 because they left it that long..absolutely outrageous and i will be reporting this and speeking to my solicitor..

I hadn't been to the dentist for some time and wasn't looking forward to it. However, it turned out to be a very pleasant experience. Luckily, I was taken care of by The Best Dentist in Town - Sophie Jones.

Disgraceful hole, they never keep an agreed dental appointment, they wrote to my Mum 3 times to cancel date the Day before it was due, she is with an Egyptian dentist who is alleged to be semi trained or not at all. Cowboys. They need closed down ASAP!

First class service. Sorted me out within hours of phoning. Kerry makes going to the dentist a pleasure!Sophie treated me to a new filling today. Very good service. Reassuring and gentle. Highly recommended.

Impossible to get through too on telephone..called on 05-05-22 to make routine appointment..was told my dentist is going off on maternity leave and to ring back sometime in June..its now 21-06-22 and still no appointment date..not good enough really.

Having attended Bupa Enniskillen for years with the best Dentist care today was a different experience. My old dentist has left the practice and the experience I had with Marwa Ramadan I believe her name was, has left me in a position whereby I either have to wait "Years" to be moved to another dentist leaving me with little options other than to look for a new Dental Practice. I complained to a lovely young receptionist about my experience with Marwa today and explained that the Dentist was unfriendly, abrupt and was disinterested in answering my questions about my next procedure. The practice manager was in the office and advised the young receptionist to inform me it could take more than a year to be moved due to dentists having quotas. No apology for how I was treated and when I asked would the dentist be given feedback I was told to make a complaint. Excuse the pun but this has left a really bad taste in my mouth and I will be considering a new dental practice. On a positive note the young receptionist was very nice and understanding and has put me on a long waiting list to be assigned a new dentist.
