Ordered a coursarge for my son's formal date...went in the day before to order it after she told me the price she then went on to say i take that as a no then, and raised her eyebrows I should have took that as a sign ..after dropping my jaw at the price tag I went ahead anyway gotta be amazing right?wrong ,very little care took into doing this, glue all around the bottom, some of the flowers are dying so turning brown, not much detail like fake pearls and such...a few tiny bluish green balls when I asked for forest green..will not be going back again...for the price tag I definitely expected it to be nicer with more detail.. disappointing...also as I entered the flower shop the lady could see I was in but didn't come to me for a good 5 mins even though she wasnt busy...would not recommed for a coursarge or at all

Worst customer service I have ever seen... Ordered flowers for our 40th anniversary to be delivered to hotel before checking in time at 3 p.m. three weeks in advance.... Conversation went like this...Can you email me confirmation of the order.NO WE DON'T DO THATCan you email me a receiptYES(Email didn't arrive so I ran them back. Got the email wrong even though I spelled it out..... The flowers were a surprise for my wife.... The following Saturday I got the phone call from the shop....)WE CAN'T DELIVER YOUR FLOWERS BECAUSE OUR DRIVER IS AT THE HOTEL AND THEY SAY YOU ARE NOT THERE.I am not there... I am at home and I won't be there for another two weeks ...you have the wrong dateSORRYI spoke to the woman with the London accent who took the original call the following Monday.' you took down the wrong email, you took down the wrong delivery date, then you rang me about the order when my wife was stood at the side of me and she almost heard what you were saying.'I TOOK DOWN THE RIGHT DATE BUT PUT IT ON THE WRONG PEG.'can you text me when you have delivered them so I have confidence that they are there and I don't have to ring you while I am with my wife'NO WE DON'T DO THAT.whyDONT USE OUR PERSONAL MOBILES FOR WORKCan you email me thenDONT USE PERSONAL EMAILS FOR WORKDo you have a company emailYESCan you use that thenNO WE DON'T DO THATI asked you to have the flowers in the room before 3:00 p.m. checking time but you rang me at 3:25 p.m. so the surprise would have been spoiled.OUR DRIVER IS VERY BUSY.So when the correct delivery date arrives can you let me know they have been deliveredI CAN'T ASK MY DRIVER TO LET ME KNOW AFTER EVERY DELIVERY HE HAS MADE.I'm not asking for every one just mine on this one occasion because you have messed up.NO I CAN'T DO THAT. I WILL GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK.That's even more inconvenience for me having to organize it or with somebody else. You are not going to help me are you.NO

Walked into the shop this morning looking for a bunch of flowers.. willing to spend up to 50pound.. the shop was full of sticks and dead droopy bits of flowers.. I can understand they don't have any stock that's fine. Asked if she could sell me a box so I could present off the shelve bunches nicely to my dear cousin. The server with all the jewellery hanging off her face basically laughed at me and told us to get out of the shop, she had "better things to be doing". I was disgusted to say the least.. have a feeling they won't be in business too much longer with that kind of attitude. Don't go near them is my advice

Was ok had flowers ordered for overseas not very pleased with them I know enk didn't do them themselves there flowers are beautiful but whoever was responsible at the other end not good ?

Phoned from England on 9/09/22 to order funeral flowers for the following day. Woman on phone was not warm or friendly. I gave her my instructions on the flowers we wanted and asked her to text me a photo when they were made up. I have never had a florist refuse to do this before when ordering flowers remotely, but she refused saying, "We can't do that." When I pressed her as to why not, she said, "Because I don't like giving my mobile number out." Absolutely ridiculous - if she was the proprietor she should use a work mobile if that is such a concern. If she was a staff member, she should have referred me to the proprietor and they should have a system in place to do this. But also, I'm a bona fide customer living in England, what does she think I'm going to do with her mobile number?! I explained that I needed a photo of the flowers as several colleagues were chipping in for them, and I wanted to show them. I asked her then to email me a photo - she VERY reluctantly agreed to this with a sigh and took my email address. But also told me they were very busy and she wouldn't be able to do that until the Monday - again ridiculous, as it would take a couple of minutes. In any event, the transaction went through my bank account, but I wasn't sent an order confirmation or receipt from the business. I never received an email or photo of the flowers, despite my very polite request during that phone call. This was annoying and also embarrassing as I had collected money from my colleagues and was unable to show them what we had sent - I was angry about that. Very poor customer service all round, not a professionally run business IMO. I still have no idea whether the flowers were actually supplied to the funeral, or what they looked like if they were. Would not recommend this florist to remote customers, there are plenty of others around who will offer a professional and courteous service.

Wee bit late. Picked up a bouquet yesterday for my sister in laws 70th. Had a birthday meal today and gave her the flowers in front of her family. Everyone was so impressed with the colour and display. Thank you so much. Definitely recommend. Now my go to place for flowers.

Went into day and as expected at Christmas it was busy. I went in to get a bouquet of flowers. They had nothing on display and I asked if they could make me up a bouquet she said it would be an hour. I couldn?t wait as I was on my lunch break. I did buy a small flower box it was just ok for the price. I noticed another customer came in and went away empty handed. I thought the woman serving was rather frazzled. Flower shops I thought are supposed to be a pleasing experience but this wasn?t. I normally go to Claire?s florist Irvinestown so very accommodating . I work in Enniskillen and the flowers were for a member of our staff who had a bereavement. .

A relative purchased flowers from Blooming Lovely Enniskillen. There was a slight issue with the delivery, however we rang and spoke with Emma who was brilliant! She really helped in getting our order sorted and was very understanding. Top class customer service and beautiful flowers! Thank you Blooming Lovely
