Great shop and amazing staff! Nicola went beyond the call of duty to help and advise us with purchases to refit our bathrooms. Stephen also gave brilliant advice and reassurances?.both open, honest and very experienced in their line of work. Even the delivery lads went out of their way on the day, cheerful and friendly?made my day. As I said, great shop anyway and the staff really do surpass all hopes and expectations. Thank you all !!!!

Poor customer service check your order twice take photos and product code all the items you ordered. Delivered substitute items poor quality not the high end one I purchased after viewing item in the show room. Multiple mistakes with my order. Only positive good trades man (Bathroom fitter) and the team that sold and fitted my grant boiler, excellent standard work thank you. My experience dealing with sales team very stressful and totally unprofessional. Phoned on a number of occasions discuss the problems with my order I lodge a verbral and written complaint, and made some valuable comments and recommendation how they could improve service thus prevent any other customers experience the nightmare service I encountered, 7 mths later awaiting answers. Bassett you need to take on board customers views and recommendations. ?
