Shocking service ordered 4 pairs of glasses got 3 pairs still waiting on one pair, info glasses were in travelling up 60km to get them only 3 prs there. Got a phone call telling me last pr" were with a courier and were trying to track them down.Poor service, very professional when ordering glasses not so professional when things go wrong.Still waiting.So to update this review.Finally received the pr,of glasses yesterday. Some advice to ASDA management,when you find your having an issue with your supplier's or finding stock that a customer has ordered and paid for, we suggest you communicate with your extremely loyal customer, who has shopped for years in your store's.Do not revert to telling porky pies and try and miss lead them.Especially one who has been in management themselves for years.Not very nice to be telling porky pies ASDA management.

Holy moly , all stops pulled out for me. Went to asda enniskillen to the opticians. A test was booked straight away and I met Ross the optician . Got the eye test promptly an have to say very professional with state of the art equipment I hadn't seen before in other opticians. Picked out two pairs of glasses in the huge selection of frames an decided to go for varifocals and branded frames. I was shocked when I was told it would only cost £120 for not one but two pairs with anti glaze etc. Was it would be ten to fourteen days till collection.8 days later got the call saying both were ready.Have my new snazzy glasses an so happy the way the staff treated me. They said in two years we'll contact you again to maintain the service and check for any changes. What a service.Thanks Ross an staff for all .James

Had an emergency appointment. The staff were all great and Ross the optometrist was excellent. Ross totally understood my problem and concerns and certainly carried out a detailed examination. Very much appreciated.
