Ordered a chip and a sliced chicken and chips meal, one hour and a half and order still not even left, rang up to cancel as not paying for service like that and was just told ok sorry about that, Terrible service

Completely grim. Chips were slimy with no colour. Pure mush. Battered sausage was same. Bogging. Curry sauce was alright.
Price was cheap but you get what you pay for.

As a long standing customer of Fuscos I feel compelled to write this review. They have always been my go-to chippy for many years. Not anymore. I can forgive a bad day once in a while, however their bad days are obviously too frequent. I am fed up placing my order in person in the shop only to have my order overlooked and anyone who orders after me being served first, even if they aren't that busy. When the staff realise their mistake after their much chatting and laughing they apologise and promise more food with my order. They need not have bothered. Yet again the food was inedible, a common trait over the past number of months. I can honestly say that the service is terrible and the food is inedible. Fuscos has gone to the dogs. I won't be back.

Can't take card payments over phone. Have the app and justeat set up to not to deliver to my area - it's 5 mins away ? was told use justeat. Then told use our app. Just a total waste of time as after doing all that still cant order. Phoned shop and they just said oh we DO deliver to yoyr area. No, you clearly dont!. Not a bother. Won't be using you again np. Really weird and I've never been a bad customer or anything ?
