I visited this Subway branch this afternoon and had a fantastic experience. The Manager, JP, was incredibly dedicated and helpful ? truly went above and beyond to provide great service. Everything was smooth, clean, and efficient. Highly recommend this location for both the food and the excellent customer service!

Jatinder JP is a true example of what a great Store Manager should be. You don?t see that kind of dedication often.Highly recommend visiting this store, especially if Jatinder is working. He makes the whole experience feel special.On top of all this, I noticed how professionally he handled his team, keeping things running smoothly while still making time for every customer. Jatinder JP is a true example of what a great Store Manager should be. His customer service, knowledge, attitude, and leadership are simply outstanding. If every store had a manager like him, the world would be a much friendlier place!

I visited Subway Cohannon on the 23rd of June at 1:00 PM, and I must say ? it was one of the best customer service experiences I?ve had in a long time, all thanks to the Store Manager, Jatinder JP.

I was in cohannon subway a few weeks ago when one of the employees (David) was being very rough and aggressive while making me and my daughters sandwich as he banged and slammed the oven door as-well as rudely snapping at me for what i wanted on my sandwich after reading these other reviews I've decided to write my own.

UPDATE 13/7/24: Adele is gone and new manager appointed. Place is looking a lot cleaner, staff seem less stressed and annoyed and the manager actually cares about the product they are creating. Seems to be the removal of the bad manager works as I see multiple 5 star reviews since
The new manager (Adele) needs gone. The woman doesn?t care about the employees or customers one bit.
She will stand there and watch/command the employees to do stuff whilst she does nothing. Then she will disappear into the back and never return. And hence other people saying there is no one behind the counter!
A few employees who I know have left because of her and I wouldn?t blame anyone else for leaving in future
When she makes sandwiches she doesn?t care how it is done/looks as long as it is fast and gets to the next customer. This is the worst Subway I have been too in a very long time.

The staff was very friendly and greeted me with a smile. The sandwich was generously filled, and I was satisfied. I feel that Service can be improved more. Overall I had very good experience.
