“I was in Shoe zone in the Oaks Centre Dungannon on Sunday afternoon with my assistance dog in training. The staff member who served me didn’t acknowledge or engage with my dog at all and, when another staff member came over to make a fuss of and pet my dog she said not to, do so. I want to pass on my thanks to her for her knowledge of assistance dog etiquette as a many staff in customer facing roles are not aware of the importance of not distracting a working assistance dog.”

“I visited the Omagh store today with my 11 year old son. He has ASD and finds any kind of shopping trip stressful, never mind shopping for school shoes! We were looked after by Tracy and she was wonderful! She was patient, gentle and completely understood how to communicate with my son so as not to overwhelm him. We left with the perfect pair of shoes, a calm and happy boy and a delighted mummy! Thank you so much Tracy!”
