I went in here today to drop of various things like clothes, board games and books. I wasn't greeted very well and i was made feel as if it was a problem that I had brought stuff. They told me they didn't see how this one item would sell, clearly because the man didn't even know what it was as I had to tell him it was a mic stand. A women shouted at me asking if everything was even in the board games and I had to explain that yes there was and any ones that didn't have everything I brought to the skip. Also a women who was shopping asked to look in the boxes at the games and a women working there shouted at her that she couldn't. I am completely shocked with this service and it is completely different from any other charity shop I have visited. To be quite honest I have always felt uncomfortable going to that charity shop as I never really felt welcome as they came across as quite rude and stuck up. I had also seen a volunteer sign outside and would've loved to be able to, but after seeing the sort of people I would be working with I have changed my mind.

The staff is lovely, and you get really good pieces at a bargain

Walking in and finding a used Superdry jacket for £40 is a bit ridiculous, it's worth £15 at most, out of season, out of style.
