Sugar Rays is the best place to go if you?re looking a feast! Great selection on the menu and the portions are massive! Staff are always great and there?s a real buzz about the place. Love the retro vibe of all the posters and the rest of the decor. Be sure to leave enough room for dessert!

Went on a Thursday evening. Before that we went like 5-10 times and it was always underwhelming. The place itself is filthy, there are parts that were probably only cleaned when it opened.
The food is just frozen crap thrown on a plate, nothing unique or imaginative. The chicken is usually overdone, the burger patty is the worst kind, chewy and flat with small bones in it.
The coke is too watery and all these for £22. I can buy 3 meals in the nearby Chinese for that and I have leftover money.
The service is sub-par, our toddler was basically ignored, the child-set was also filthy.
Don't think we'll be back, but also not sure where to go as the 3 other similar eateries sell exactly the same thing.
Is that all that Dundonald has to offer?

Absolutely love this place, always my go too! Staff are amazing and food is delicious, the food comes relatively quick and everything is completely up to standard

Fast, attentive service every time. Huge selection of food and a wide variety of options from veggie to full on meat feasts. The music is always good and the general vibe of the place is nice and laid back. I have always been very happy with my meal. Portion sizes are not to be taken lightly. You will leave full and ready for hibernation.

Couldn't wait to go, is defo overrated pizza was very 'gloopy' and the burger was pretty small for £17.50

Overall a lovely place to eat, has loads on opinions on the meal, staff are very friendly and nice. Food is prepared well and taste nice.

Compared to the restaurants around the complex it's the worst. Not bad, but not good. Basic food for a high price with sub par service. Probably won't go back but only because the restaurants around it are better with better service.

Will not be back don't get the Mac daddy, cornbread was burnt four bits of chicken and the Mac and cheese tasted like the packet mac and cheese and the cornbread was burnt. Said to the manager about this she was really rude towards me and made me feel guilty. When I asked for an email to put in a complaint she took the drinks off the bill. Really rude
