Sorry but to serve anyone this cremated disaster is a total and utter disgrace. I don?t care what the reason you just don?t do it. You knew when placing this in the box it was inedible. It is burnt to a crisp, snaps like a biscuit. Don?t care how busy or how bad you have your timings, you don?t feed anyone this. No excuses.

Now vowed to never return after a decade of repeat custom. I ordered a cod supper and a goujon supper. I noticed that my cod didn't go on the drying rack, I knew something was off. As soon as I got my order I went to the picnic table just outside the front door to check my order. As soon as I opened the box i saw half a cod with broken batter also dripping in grease. I wish I took a photo it was that bad.
I went back in and asked for the manger. I didn't get a straight answer who was in charge. I initially asked politely for another cod supper and was met with disregard after showing them half a broken cod. Seeing that i was being met with contempt and obstinates I then asked for a full refund. She stubbornly unpleasantly handed a refund for only the cod. I said you miss heard me, I want a full refund. It then turned into complete rudeness almost refusal to give me my money back.
I was then verbally then physically assaulted by a old man in his early 80s (public) that didn't see how bad my order was or pay any attention read the body language of how the staff was being disrespectful towards me. He called me a disgusting individual then tried to push me out of the store.
Never ever again after that experience. If the staff realised what they did was wrong and said sorry we'll get you another fish. I wouldn't have resorted to demand a full refund. It's not just the food that has gotten worse it's the customer service also with complete disregard, disrespect then contempt went faced with any complaint.

My partner was in today & got a pastie supper. Had a 10 minute drive home & we had to reheat the food. Pastie wasn?t nice, seemed to be bits of chips through it & rest was crumbly & too salty. Chips disappointing too. Shame as it used to much nicer.

Used to be the best chippy in Belfast now food is almost inedible, got two gravy?s for two meals and it wasn?t even enough for one, cold within 10 minutes, so disappointing because it used to be delicious

Inedible, cold , oozing grease . I don?t know where they get their potatoes from but they made poor chips . Service was slow and disorganised

Ordered a battered sausage supper with salt and vinegar and curry sauce. The meal was wrapped so tightly that all the chips were mashed together and broken. They did not put any salt and vinegar on the food, so the chips were very bland and they did not include the curry sauce, which was paid for. The sausages were good, but due to the missing sauce and lack of flavour I can?t recommend this place.

Can't fault the prompt service but knew the fish was going to be very greasy when the staff didn't give it time for the fat to drain off. Good portion but far to greasy. Made it almost inedible. I didn't see the chips before I opened the packaging at home and again, really greasy

Was previously excellent. Now consistently horrible. No idea how it had got this bad. Shame as I'd have went out of my way to get the chicken strips here.
