Terrible customer sevice. Missing item from order AGAIN. Rang to complain and met with a horrible attitude from phone lady. Not helpful to customers at all. Cannot tell a customer who lives 10miniutes away 'the best you can do is replace the item or get a refund for the 1 item if you come back for it'. When it was your mistake. Will never be back.

Very gud value for money. Chicken balls were cooked to perfection. Can't fault this place at all, just the exact opposite!! Wud definitely recommend Li's Palace!! Thank you to Staff and Chefs. Be back soon ?

Used to like getting from this Chinese but the last few times have been a disappointment and a waste of money. Chips are very dark and soggy, just thrown in to the box straight out of the frier. Went down hill big time.

This is the worst Chinese i ever had pure dirt never had a worse one i will never be back in this place the chicken fried rice was swimming in grease makes me feel sick just thinking about it and combo box is a box full of i dont know what( bad very bad) ????
