Absolutely terrible experience. Purchased a second hand carbon frame road bike for £1,200 last year and have had continuous problems. The tyres were the wrong size initially, the wrong size of cassette was put on the bike (10 speed and not 11 speed) and the parts used to build the bike were all cheap (according to the guy who recently serviced it). I would strongly advise going elsewhere.

I have a fold up bike with problems with break pads rubbing quite severly, took it to JR Magills Dromore, who worked on it immediately fixed it perfectly in about 10 minutes, he did not even charge me, insisted on free of charge! What a gentleman!

4 bike maintenance workshops just completed. for someone who could just about retail a puncture came away with confidence and know-how to tackle almost any bike maintenance. Stephen kept it simple and easy to understand. Excellent. highly recommended

Just completed the bike maintenance course and would thoroughly recommend to anyone whether it's picking up basic knowledge to keep you on the road or building up a wealth of in depth, detailed, information on all aspects of your two wheels of choice. Really enjoyed and very glad I did it.

Many thanks for a superb bike maintenance course over the last four weeks.
The course was really informative and comprehensive but most importantly it was interesting and enjoyable.
I would be very happy to recommend this course to anybody who has ever wondered just exactly how things actually work on your bike and how to address issues that you might come across.
The ability to ask someone questions ranging from very basic to more complex and detailed was really helpful. It was also really useful getting the chance to try out a lot of what was being demonstrated.

I tried 4 different bike repair shops before I found Magills. Nothing compares to the level of service, value for money and expertise that I received. Only one to degrease and clean the bike as well which they included in a standard service. Can't speak highly enough about them.
