Was in yesterday, tried to actually, telephone there twice, the Dromara filling Maxol, Eurostar store excellent customer service from this young, gentleman Gary or David was his name. Cannot recall, which one now. Was in purchasing, plants two one a little tree, plant, for my mother for Mother?s Day on Sunday. The young gentleman offered, me a bag very, kind, and so gentle everything about him and his manner, personality, exceptional covering, all the customer care service you could want!!. I still cannot believe him, witnessed him with another, woman and child, in her arms, before he said hello, served me. Exceptional for a young fellow I thought too, in this day and age. I would wish for him to be kindly considered for a credit that is over due. He served me between 11-12 yesterday whom ever this young gentleman was, kindly award him. He made my day, telling my parents about this shortly after!.:) thank you Natasha Bready. P.S I also told him I?d leave him a review he was thrilled!:).

Had the best customer service from a young man called Jack in store yesterday 22nd May 2022 ! He was so pleasant and helpful ? great asset to your company!!!! Also bought a lasagne which was made locally! Absolutely beautiful we really enjoyed our dinner this evening so so delicious ? well done ?

100% thee most pathetic shop I've ever been in.
Went in today to buy a card and scratch cards to post..... I could buy the card in the shop, had to go to the post office counter (in same shop, cause God forbid they might sell stamps and pay the money to the post office at the end of the day) for a stamp, and then had to go to wine flair office licence (again in the same shop) to buy scratch cards, because "the shop won't take responsibility for gambling"!! lol. I mean come on! And then, I couldn't pay for the scratch cards by card!! What the logic in that is I'll never know.
Pathetic shop all round, and that's not to talk about the rubbish stock and customer service.

One of my favourite shops, I visit from Liverpool quite often and always go to the shop the staff are lovely and extremely helpful, there are some great reductions on goods and variety that are better than anywhere else in the area.
