“I went for a set of 3 bedroom carpets. Staff were friendly, helpful, patient and knowledable. They had a good selection of quality, affordable carpets. They were very flexible with arranging measuring and fitting as I had a tight window between decorating being finished and my furniture being delivered. There was an error with one of the carept measurements but they communicated proactively, apologised and arranged for a new piece of carpet to be delivered and fitted at no cost to me. Mistakes are unfortunate but it was really well handled.”
