This place is an absolute joke! Spent a great deal of money here everytime we?re in but every time I go it just gets worse and worse. The owner really needs to take a look at the staff they are hiring! All these young girls are more interested in chatting amongst themselves than doing their actual jobs and can?t take orders properly due to chatting to each other. The portions this evening were a joke, dinner box meal £9.20 for cold chicken and 7 chips in a box! (and yes I counted) Everything was freezing. All food ended up in the bin and had to sort an alternative for everyone as it couldn?t be ate, I wouldn?t even feed it to my dog! I will not be wasting my money here again. Sort out your staff!!

I will never be going back. One star is no where near as little as I would of liked to give this takeaway, the food was satisfactory but the customer service was vile. The woman working not sure of name was acting as if taking our order was a massive chore ( we were the only two in the facility at this point) we left after ordering to get a drink for our meal came back and she was talking to another customer about how we left and how it was ?rude?. We left then went back in to ask if we could get a couple of forks she almost immediately came back with ?they are in the bag do you not have eyes? and proceeded to laugh with the other customer who she had been previously talking about us ?leaving? to get a drink. I am appalled and humiliated I will never be back and I have read previous reviews and I know I?m not the only one.

Herrons does tasty chicken drumsticks, but I can't get a drumstick meal from their menu. Drumsticks are reserved for the kids menu. Mealboxes are only for chicken pieces. Needs for variety for mealboxes.

Chips are terrible and over pricedBack one year later to give another try and your staff member Cynthia is the most ignorant unpleasant person I've dealt with. No customer service skills and talking about customers behind their backs. It's as if absolutely everything is a bother for her. She needs to realise the customers are the heart of any business and she's rapidly damaging any reputation downpatrick outlet has. Needless to say I am not impressed at all one year on from my previous disappointing visit.

Came here with my fiancé as we?re over to stay with my dad for St Patrick?s day. Seemed to be unable to understand our English accents.. and despite clarifying our order a few times I still got a ?kebab with chip? with no salad for some reason and my fiancé got a chicken burger with a portion of chips separate, charged as an extra, despite us asking for a burger meal. Safe to say that despite all the hype, and contrary to the belief of some family members, we did not feel it was better than KFC. Decent at best, If they would manage to get the order right.
