Clean, tidy, environment well maintained grounds, enough parking spaces available to park car, no waiting around. Clear signage and instruction about access to and from the building.The receptionist was very polite when spoken, too.

The receptionist caira has a serious attitude problem and lack of people skills. I have to ask to speak to someone else with her as she won't let me finish speaking and ignores what your Trying to say to get you of the phone. She cuts you off and talks over you to the point of ignorance then has an attitude when you ask to speak with someone else. She is a hindrance to the patients more than a help.. She has been like this many times with my mother and now me. Very hostile an passive aggressive.

I definitely agree with others, reception is to be avoided lolThe receptionist gave me forms to fill in.. I returned them the following day.. to her.. and she was extremely rude & aggressive because they were the wrong forms!! She gave them to me!I didn't bother returning.. don't fancy dealing with her when I or my family are ill.
