Food very nice however only one worker on and was waiting nearly 30 mins definitely need two workers at most times. Otherwise all was good nice place

Went into the ?new up? technology subway twice. Both of these times my order has been messed up with simple orders. I also received plastic in my sandwich. This place is unhygienic, rudely staffed and very unprofessional. I will no longer be spending my time or money here. Like others I spend my lunch?s here, however this will no longer be happening. Definitely has gotten lazier after this new technology has been installed.

Ordered a large order £47.99 worth of sandwiches nothing but a headache from we walked in. They upgraded computers that u manually put ur order into a computer every sandwich we ordered was incorrect from my nachos I unclicked jalapeños the owner assumed I wanted them when I requested pickles my daughters sandwich they added sweetcorn which she?s allergic to they forgot my tub of meat balls when confronted of the issues with the owner you get nothing but attitude when the attitude is returned it?s not acceptable apparently this new set up will not last clearly understaffed and unable to handle a influx of customers I will regrettably never return to this store nor ballynahinch as the same owner owns both and I do not support this manor of business

Customer service is shocking. Will one million percent recommend to all I know not to spend money here. Whatever guy worked 6th September at 6pm should never deal with the public again.

Dined here today. It seems some of the staff need to be trained on how to deal with customers. I certainly would not dine here again.
