Food is always cold, service is okay, but not the best, when you get a burger, it's half hanging out of the bap, and the mayo is either too much or too little. It's just tasteless.

This location young lady manager needs training as the locations not only looks like a war zone,customers wait in the loby for 25minutes to receive an order with cold fries and sandwiches,not to mention dismissive attitude as custumers do not know the restaurant does not have ice so just telling them no it's not a sufficient answer. Explaining that the machine is broken would be more aligned with customer service. I am sorry to say poor leadership

Has to be the worst mcdonalds restaurant locally. Staff are very poor. They laugh on the intercom orders are incomplete, no straws etc. This time my burger bun was loose in the bag. Thanks again!!

Asked for plain burger I got fully dressed , asked for mayo on my Big Mac got told no , Orderd a 6 piece mc nuggs for the kid and only got 5 .. says it all really

Their virtual assistant does not recognise Banbridge, how can you make a complaint when away
Your near average McDonalds
Service - normally have a good wait, even drive through with no other cars.
Park service or inside don't do much better
Frequently miss something that was ordered and paid for
Food - usually on cool side. Frequently out of ice cream and milkshake
Using App, no proper way to provide complaint, virtual assistant is total rubbish.

Terrible service. Messed my order up on 3 items. Asked for a McMuffin with no egg because I?m allergic and they put an egg in it so that was chucked out. They were confused why I was still waiting after receiving the food?they didn?t give us our drinks so had to inform them of that. I also asked for the same item x2 which was a double sausage McMuffin but ONE with egg and they gave us a single McMuffin with egg but a double also with egg. They are absolutely useless, banbridge needs to sack its drive through employees and hire competent, efficient and enthusiastic people, not time wasters that half a55 a job. If that?s the attitude they have then get the P45s issued and get them into a proper days graft on a site, maybe then they?re realise the importance of a good work ethic.

Placed an order on the app at 10:45pm 25th June as they close at 11pm. Drove out of the way to be told they?re closed early for ?maintenance? which was just lies. Disappointed myself and others waiting on food they paid for, to be told they can?t put through refunds at this time either and that we would receive an email to claim refund. Didn?t get an email, manager on duty was useless. Do better.

Anytime i get anything from this place its always an incomplete order, from fries not put in to straws and sauce! Now this wouldnt be a big deal if it wasnt almost every single time gotten from here. I have had orders with no sauce or straws or napkins at all. Not that hard to put a plastic tub or 2 in and definitely not that hard to put in napkins and a straw, its common sense. Makes me wonder whose even managing these people and if that person even knows how to do their job.
Update: i ordered again, got my straw and dip but only half of my large fries, absolute joke this place is hai
