Had my best vegan pizza yet since moving to Northern Ireland; it was crispy, loaded with toppings and almost perfect. I had planned on saving some for breakfast the next day but ate the whole thing in one quick sitting.

Coming back from the airport hungry, no where open at 10pm on a Thursday only Sophia's pizzeria. Very handy to place the order and pay on the website and collect when ready. Very tasy pizza and chips. Bonus that the place had a 5 star hygiene rating!

Last time I ordered I got no cheese on my taco chip . Just put an order In and told them the last had no cheese could I please have plenty this time. Still again no cheese on my order. Not to mention I had to wait over an hour for delivery

Ordered magherita with extra cheese. Perfect thin base. Crust was great dipped in house sauce. Lovely amount of garlic in tomato sauce. Outstanding pizza. I pre ordered and delivery came right on time and food hot. Couldn't beat

I?m a frequent customer of Sophia?s and I received my food tonight and least to say I?m shocked to find a long piece of hair mid way through eating my waffle from takeaway. Hygiene has been let down here, this hasn?t been the first time, but i understand everyone has hair but it should be made sure it isn?t getting into the food !The review service is here to be used so I may as well. Being a 5 rated food establishment I wouldnt expect hairs in my food, I suppose I?ll give my head a wobble for you?s but not too much incase a few hairs fall out n go into my food ? enjoy your night ??

Won the Valentines competition! First time trying Sophia?s! It was such a lovely surprise? Wings were soooo nice and had a great flavour! The chicken strips were the nicest I had tasted from a takeaway! The pizzas were so lovely and had plenty of toppings. Will definitely be back ??

Dear Sophias Pizza,I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the level of customer service I received from your establishment. As a loyal customer for several years, I never expected to be treated in such an unprofessional and unfair manner.On 16th June, my autistic daughter, who has a severe learning difficulty, inadvertently placed an order online for collection without our knowledge or permission. We, as parents, were completely unaware of this order until two days later when my wife spoke to one of your staff members. Despite the misunderstanding, she promptly apologized, explained the situation, and even offered to pay for the order. However, as your staff realized it was an unusual order and we have always had our orders delivered in the past, no payment was requested or made.To our surprise, three weeks later, when placing an order for a meal for two tonight, we received an immediate phone call demanding payment for the previous order. I respectfully declined to pay, as I explained to the employee who called me that they had already received payment for tonight's order. I suggested using the payment from tonight's order to cover the previous one and canceling tonight's order, but instead of understanding the situation, the employee seemed confrontational and dismissive.The way I was treated during this phone call was absolutely unacceptable. Not only was the demand for payment regarding the previous order completely untimely and unwarranted after such a significant time lapse, but the employee's lack of empathy and understanding towards the circumstances surrounding the initial order was disheartening. As a loyal customer who has always supported your establishment, I expected better treatment and a more reasonable approach.Your employee's response, expressing satisfaction that we will never return, was particularly disappointing. It is disheartening to witness such a disregard for customer loyalty and the difficulties faced by individuals with special needs. This experience has left a bitter taste in our mouths and made us question our decision to continue supporting your business.I am writing this complaint and leaving a one-star review to highlight the terrible customer service we experienced. I hope that by doing so, your company can understand the impact of such behavior on its customers and take the necessary steps to prevent such incidents from recurring in the future. As a loyal customer, I had expected better treatment and a more compassionate response.I would appreciate a response to this complaint, acknowledging the issues raised and outlining the steps your company intends to take to rectify the situation and improve customer service moving forward.
