Asked about nut allergy in the pastries for my son and specifically if the cinnamon swirls had nuts as an ingredient. Lady behind till said I will just look that up .....manger came over and said don't bother they all have nuts. I asked as an ingredient? he said I don't know but they are all beside each other so may as well. Basically he was too lazy to look it up and took the lazy way out. Very unfair and inconsiderate of customers with allergies trying to make and informed choice for food.

How is it possible to make chicken & rice so dreadful it?s inedible? The pork looked so bad I switched order to the chicken. Wish I?d gone somewhere else. £30 for two rice boxes and a bottle of water, I?ll not be going here again.

Never ordered food but I'm grateful as it was £13.50 for a glass of Prosecco...I'm sure for food I'd have had to take out a mortgage. Wouldn't have minded if it was a decent quality...but Canti?? Didn't even have a piece of fruit like a strawberry or raspberry to garnish..Something that is the norm for such a drink. I'm fair when I leave reviews and this place is not worth the money but then is any airport outlet? Regardless of whether airport prices are 'expected' the profit margin for these prosecco's is absolute robbery.

The look of the place is pretty decent, well turned out and comfortable seats. That's it for the positives.
The food is wildly overpriced and very low quality across the board. Even if the food offerings were average they would still be priced a good 40-50% over High Street. To compound this the portions are questionable at best as well.
Learned the lesson from previous visits and just sorted alternate food options but got a couple of drinks. Here the beer was also at a premium by approximately £1 over anywhere else I'd had the same brands, wine even more of a discrepancy over normal prices.

Grim. Customers appear to be an unwelcome interruption to staff chats. No help with finding milk. No one clearing tables. Coffee awful. Yet premium coffee shop prices. There has to be better service and better coffee elsewhere in the airport.
