We had heard about Lily's and we were keen to try it .The food in the restaurant was nice ,but the only thing that put us off was the noise from the constant banging door behind the bar .We didn't stay for dessert or coffee .Not a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy a meal so sadly we won't be back .

Visited recently and was extremely disappointed with the customer service. After taking my carvery outside, I was abruptly told that I should have paid beforehand ? something that was never communicated clearly by staff. Chef stated it was okay for us to proceed outside. Instead of politely explaining, the staff were rude and made us feel unwelcome. A simple misunderstanding turned into an uncomfortable experience due to their attitude. Won?t be returning, and wouldn?t recommend based on how customers are treated.

We booked Lily's to treat my twin sisters for a birthday meal. The food was outstanding and the service by the staff was brilliant. I would highly recommend Lily's Kitchen & Bar their chef is first class ? and the staff were friendly and their hospitality was second to none.

We went on a Thursday night, booked a table at very short notice. The place was busy, but not packed. The staff were pleasant and helpful. However we did have quite a long wait for our meals to arrive, approximately 50 minutes. Having said that, once they did the food was very good. Nice sized portions, fresh and tasty.

can't even enjoy a meal in your local bar anymore. booked lunch for 12 people, 3 were babys, 2 were 11 year olds, so 7 were adults. we arrived at 12.45pm, on arrival I asked the staff for drinks and a baby boil. when the rest of my party arrived we waited 20 minutes before we ordered. starts arrived at 1.50pm no kids meals so the 3 babys had to share a baby boil to pacify them. at 2.05pm started were cleared. at 2.30pm we still have no food not even kids meals. for the staff placating us with 'it's coming' ' it's being plated now'. at 2.40pm my brother had to leave with his wife and 2 very hungry and upset toddlers. I have to get there meals to go and drive it to crumlin to them. on my return my family were leaving with my own meal in a box. when left I said that not only was the food slow but the fish was batter around air. the prawns were rubber. but what really got me is that it was our fault because there was to many of us and that's why servise was slow. NO the kitchen fed people that came in behind us and left 30 minutes before us. but we were the problem because we had to many in our party. this was unacceptable and very disappointing especially because it was a Monday and it was the family meal before my brother and his family was returning to New Zealand with in a couple of hours. so I'm sorry I will not be recommending your business to anyone.
