Last week I visited VisionExpress in Highfield Road, Craigavon to have an eye exam. As always before on similar visits, I was greeted warmly by the staff and made feel welcome. My eye exam was with Grace who has performed all of my previous exams. She is always very friendly and attentive, skillfully combining that with great professionalism. I have always been very satisfied with the prescriptions she's given me. I can't recommend highly enough Grace's services and those of all the staff at the VisionExpress branch in Craigavon.

Outstanding service, my eyes were checked by Grace and as always she did an outstanding job. My prescription was perfect and was extremely satisfied with the end result. Grace was extremely kind and attentive. She provides a superb care and attention.

All three members of staff I met today were just a delight; friendly yet professional, informative yet never condescending, open to questions and giving advice. I left with my new prescription and a smile on my face.I can't quite explain how interactions like this make all the difference to myself, being Autistic (they did not know). What's maybe a small thing for others; for me having such a positive and easy-going social experience is beyond price.Thank you all so much.
