I can say nothing but positive things about my experience in Uberfone.Dale, specifically was extremely helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable and helped me fix an issue with my charging port in 30 seconds.Someone give this guy a raise!!! Immediately ??

the only staff member working was more interested in chatting to his friends who did not work there than serving customers. served us with a bad attitude and seemed inconvenienced to have to help us. was also quoted £280 to replace a screen which i was able to get fixed elsewhere for £60. overall disappointing.

Staff were friendly enough but products were useless. I purchased a tempered glass screen for my Samsung Galaxy S10. The first application I asked the guy to remove straight away as there was dirt underneath. The second one started to lift after 2 days and I was never able to use my fingerprint security. I dropped my phone one day from a low level but face down and the screen literally popped off and broke. The screen cost me £15. Absolute waste of money!!!!

My son had broken his phone screen and was in a bad state.Chris in craigavon was extremely knowledgeable , polite and as the phone needed alot work. It was looking like a complete new phone at one stage .I want to thank chris and he certainly has a big career in front of him
