Took in a screw and asked for same size. However it wasn't what I thought it was but, the assistant helped me and I was able to get exactly what I needed for the job.

Bought a pair of work boots from here at £84. Had them 1 month and the material on the toes had came away and was able to see toe protection. Brought them back looking a replacement pair of boots and they wouldn't. Told me to contact the manufacturer myself. I got home and contacted screwfix customer services and they helped me get replacement boots.

Great wee shop, so handy to have one in town. Great selection of parts available on site and staff are always polite and helpful.Due to the carpark being a bit of a nightmare at times, it would be a good idea to put a wee gate in so you can park the street next to it, would make it a lot handier for fly by people like myself.

Not one of the better screwfixes. I'd travel elsewhere before id be back here .even though its my local branch .We dont want to use a tablet . We want to use a till with a bit of pleasant banter with the staffIts more reminiscent of a Gestapo hq than the glorified chandler's it actually is . "YOU VILL USE THE MACHINE ! " Mostly it has to be said down to one duty manager . When She's off the whole atmosphere changes staff are more relaxed and the whole experience is better .

One employee today was very welcoming , polite and helpful, showing me to the new tablet system when i came in and getting the door for me on my way out. However the employee on the till was so rude to me infront of other customers for not using the tablet to place my order . The shop was getting busy and all tablets were being used, one by myself, the woman on the till was asking people waiting to use tablets if they knew the codes for what they required , that they could come on ahead to the counter , so i browsed quickly and took note of my codes to give other customers a chance to browse , then i was told by going to the till with my codes that I was "just making life difficult for myself by not ordering on the tablet" , i said, well do i need to do that and she replied " well you cant now because he's on it" in a very rude manner! . If I need anything in future or even have to return anything I bought today, i would rather drive the extra few miles to the Lurgan branch instead of having to deal with this sort of customer service .

Not happy or confident using stupid tablet system would rather give number to member of staff unless it was the obnoxious, ignorant woman who was on the counter this morning. Left with nothing and won't be back in a hurry .I am a customer who has used screwfix direct for many years and I am disgusted with how the service has gone down hill, absolutely no need for touch screen systems and whatever is involved with the information gathering when trying to make a purchase.

Normally never have a problem with any Screwfix stores, but the carpark in this one is horrible, there's no way you can drop in and grab something quickly in a van, there just isn't enough spaces or room. The customer service is completely hit and miss, some of the staff are great, others have no knowledge or interest in helping customers

I can only praise the staff here, very pleasant and helpful, I would highly recommend if ordering online and collecting in-store, like I have been doing. It's great this place is open early and stays open late.

Terrible location. Tiny carpark. You may end up carrying the stuff miles to your car.Next day pick up not as efficient as in other stores. They seem to get the stuff late. Mine ordered on Tuesday arrived on Friday.And check what you get when you pick up your order. You may need to come back as parts or items get missing.
