Forget the rest, if you want the best you won?t find better than these guys. They are consummate professionals from sales to installation the service was impeccable and flawless. We tried a number of places but portadown fireplaces offered the best value. Even more important they know what they are talking about. Donald who sold us the fire was so knowledgeable and he set everything up so quickly. He helped with sorting building control too. (By the way no other place we tried even mentioned building control, but the professional service you get here means they keep you covered for that too). If that isn?t enough the guys they have for installation are absolutely amazing. Polite, professional and absolute perfectionist. Honestly you will not get better service than these guys they are the business. I couldn?t reccomend them highly enough.

I recently purchased an Evonic Heathcote 1500 Floor Standing Electric Fireplace from Portadown Fireplaces.
I was attended by Daniel who showed me a wide range of both freestanding and wall mounted fireplaces both from their in-store display and from brochures.
Six weeks later I got a call to say my fire had arrived.
Two days later I have it installed.

Thank you to the team at Portadown fireplaces. The new stove, chimney breast and beam look absolutely wonderful! Nothing was a problem and any queries were responded to very quickly. The expert advice was particularly valued. Everything happened exactly when planned and installation took place in really good time. Massive thanks to Darren and the lads for the job they did fitting me a media wall and fire. Turned up when they said they would, grafted all day and still delivered workmanship of the highest quality, cleaned up after themselves. We are absolutely delighted with our new fireplace and inset stove all organised through Portadown fireplaces. The process was seamless and efficient from start to finish. The showroom is easily accessed with ample parking in a carpark opposite. Donald and his team were welcoming, knowledgeable and facilitated the best choice to meet our needs. Darren and Jason did an excellent job installing, carefully, tidying up as they went along and were kind and personable and guided us thoughtfully through appropriate use of the stove. Just had two stoves installed by Portadown Fireplaces, which were recommended to us as a most professional and reputable business. In our dealings with them, they have done nothing but enhance this reputation. From the advice and guidance we received from the very knowledgeable and personable Donald to the skill and expertise of Darren and his installation team, we could not have asked for better. Very impressed by Portadown Fireplaces? Andrew spent time showing us various electric fires, explaining their features and sharing brochures/data sheets. The fire was ordered and collected within the agreed timescale. Andrew was a pleasure to deal with, a true gentleman. We had visited competitors closer to home, but Portadown Fireplaces had the edge for professionalism and customer service. Highly recommend ?

They can sell you anything you want but their after sales service is very bad. I called for replacement fire bricks they were very dismissive told me they don't do them and they don't even sell the type of stove I have after I had bought it from them a year ago. didn't want to know.

I am extremely pleased with the service I received in the showroom. The staff were most helpful in giving me advice on exactly what I was looking for. Very professional service.My fireplace was installed on Tuesday and to say I am pleased is an understatement. Darren and the other man helping him were absolute gentlemen. I couldn't believe how quickly they had my job done and more importantly to a very high standard.I expected to return home to a dusty house but I couldn't believe how clean and tidy the boys left my home.I look forward to enjoying my beautiful fireplace and stove. Been in here a few times browsing and was always greeted with a very welcoming manner.Decided on buying an electric fire and was given a lot of information before deciding. Would recommend to friends and family and I came from Belfast to buy.
