Very impressed by Portadown Fireplaces? Andrew spent time showing us various electric fires, explaining their features and sharing brochures/data sheets. The fire was ordered and collected within the agreed timescale. Andrew was a pleasure to deal with, a true gentleman. We had visited competitors closer to home, but Portadown Fireplaces had the edge for professionalism and customer service. Highly recommend ?

They can sell you anything you want but their after sales service is very bad. I called for replacement fire bricks they were very dismissive told me they don't do them and they don't even sell the type of stove I have after I had bought it from them a year ago. didn't want to know.

I am extremely pleased with the service I received in the showroom. The staff were most helpful in giving me advice on exactly what I was looking for. Very professional service.My fireplace was installed on Tuesday and to say I am pleased is an understatement. Darren and the other man helping him were absolute gentlemen. I couldn't believe how quickly they had my job done and more importantly to a very high standard.I expected to return home to a dusty house but I couldn't believe how clean and tidy the boys left my home.I look forward to enjoying my beautiful fireplace and stove. Been in here a few times browsing and was always greeted with a very welcoming manner.Decided on buying an electric fire and was given a lot of information before deciding. Would recommend to friends and family and I came from Belfast to buy.

From visiting the store to today?s installation I highly recommend Portadown Fireplaces, exceptional service all the way the end result being a beautiful fireplace and stove, thanks to Cathy, Poe, Darren & Paul would highly recommend this company Darren and Paul left no mess and thoroughly cleaned up after them even took away all the rubbish and my old fire surround, an absolute pleasure to have in our home a massive Thank You to you all. I cannot recommend Portadown Fireplaces highly enough. From my first visit to the showroom to getting my fire fitted the customer service was excellent. Special mention to Cathy and Geoffrey who go above and beyond to make sure everything is just right! So if you have any fireplace requirements, make Portadown Fireplaces your number one stop!!

Having bought 3 stoves from Portadown Fireplaces for 2 Holmes I can definitely give a genuine review. Showroom and Sales staff inspire confidence. Unfortunately however this is where any decent service ends. The fit and finish of everything when delivered on site is far from satisfactory. Poor fitting slate, leaking flues. Even on second attempt very sub standard workmanship that needed 3rd party attention. Definitely wouldn?t recommend or return to Portadown Fireplaces no matter how much the sales staff big themselves up.

Geoff provided me me more inspiration and options for my fireplace and stove setting. I was given clear options all along including when it came to fitting in I could have used my own installer but decided to use subcontractors recommended by Portadown fireplaces who were absolutely fantastic! Thank Wayne for a great neat and tidy job. And even better .. all in time for Christmas! Happy to recommend to all of my family and friends!
