My sister and had soup and soup wasn't hot. We both are cooks and if we probed it it wouldn't even reach 63 degrees which hot held in the soup kettle. I don't think they take reading of temiof food every two hours. We then had latte coffee and it was the same. Took it back and told the girl. She wasn't pleased just to return with coffee and no better. Also just looked through reviews and everyone complaining. Can the owner not look and sort staff out. I know in my place of work we wouldn't get away with that .

What has happened to this place? Poor quality food, no filling in sandwiches or pannini and ROTTEN CHIPS. I wasn't bill payer and payer didn't want to make a scene ?. I will NEVER be back here until new management or owners take over. Its disgusting ?

If I could give less stars I would. Absolutely ridiculous place. Not many staff for Saturday afternoon. All staff scorpi heads. Never ever come back. No customer service at all.

I regret visiting this restaurant with my niece on August 26th. It was distressing to witness a mouse roaming freely.This lack proper pest control suggest a serious negligence on the part of the management.It?s disheartening to see that the restaurant remains open despite such clear proof of unsanitary conditions!!

Very.lazy.staff always on phones are never behind counter food not as good as used to be staff near throw it at ya to be honest one sraff member is very unprofessional and no.customer service at all

The hygiene was questionable, with unclean tables and dirty floor. The food was bland and overpriced. Avoid this restaurant at all costs!!!

I took my mom to lunch this weekend, and was shocked to find a mouse running inbetween tables.Not surprising with the filthy floors covered with food, and not enough staff to clean up.will not be eating here again, and you should not eighter if you know whats good for you.

If you have no taste buds you'll love it here. Food slapped down by the server who just wants you out of her way. The cottage pie is lacking, cheap mince and tasteless. Chips are stinking, and half cooked. The Fanta was the only thing they couldn't mess up. Would rather eat out of McDonald's bins.
