My sister and had soup and soup wasn't hot. We both are cooks and if we probed it it wouldn't even reach 63 degrees which hot held in the soup kettle. What has happened to this place? Poor quality food, no filling in sandwiches or pannini and ROTTEN CHIPS. I wasn't bill payer and payer didn't want to make a scene ?. I will NEVER be back here until new management or owners take over. Its disgusting ?

If I could give less stars I would. Absolutely ridiculous place. Not many staff for Saturday afternoon. All staff scorpi heads. Never ever come back. No customer service at all.
