Called them on Wednesday, said they'd look at the car on Thursday as they were too busy.Left car all day Thursday and they didn't even have it on a ramp to diagnose the issue.Told me to return Friday and they would diagnose it.Returned on Friday, they looked at the car and said they would price fixing it and ring me. Never got a call and had to call them.They take down your details on sticky notes and leave your keys on the desk at reception with no one watching them. Not great at all.

I arrived and found the outer layout of the entrance confusing. No sign pointing to entrance and I ended up driving around the back into the car park. Reception so small that it looks uninviting to customers. If a customer goes in, they are basically on top of the receptionist whilst they are on the phone. I ended up going to Kwikfit plus they were cheaper by far. Just my thoughts

Be careful of this place. Any time I leave a car in it ultimately comes back worse. Also now they specialise in tyres I will say that when I have been offered ?premium? tyres there before I have never heard of the brand so even with that you?re better elsewhere and getting tyre brands you?ve actually heard of for the same price.

If I could give less that 1 star I would!Left the car in while ago to get looked at cause the coolant wasn't circulating and engine was over heating, came back with a bill near 3 grand and I thought aslong as its fixed its fine. Drove fine for a week and had to start refilling the coolant again and had to keep refilling more and more to the point I was refilling daily!Eventually I dropped it back in to see the issue, while it was in was told that first time they had it in they didn't touch the coolant system (checked the invoice and this confirmed it) and now they head gasket needs replaced another bill of over 2 grand. Terrible service avoid at all costs !

Called with the business at about 16.50 today and asked if I could get my tyre pressure checked. The guy initially appeared to walk towards what I assumed was an airline but suddenly declared that it wasn't working and there was a garage "up the road" I didn't question him but got the impression that the device was switched off for the day and he couldn't be bothered as it wouldn't have generated much revenue. First and last call to Auto Bann.

Unfortunately Kerrs were unable to help me, it wasn't a puncture but a blowout and they didn't have the tools but they did phone another, Murray Tyres, who did help. In fairness to Kerrs, I needed a new tyre which they didn't have
