Well, some of the lads seem nice at least. But I'm £330 deep in replacement parts on a car that turned out to be a write-off. Had to carefully drive home in a car that frankly still wasn't safe to be on the road.Front subframe was badly bent - and every place I took it to after said they'd no idea how the replacement parts had been fitted without noticing. Not sure if I've been had or it was just a sincere mistake, but either way I'm hundreds out of pocket for no reason.And can I get a receipt to help liaise with my insurance about the whole thing? Not a chance, despite repeated phone calls to ask and weeks of time. Kicking myself for not having asked on the spot when I picked the car up, but live and learn.

Avoid like wildfire. Fitted a faulty part, admitted to fitting faulty part, didn't return either the good part he removed from our car nor the money for said part that we had to buy again. Altogether cost us £200 that we didn't need to spend at all.

Be very careful folks!Charged me 150 quid to fit a 2nd thermostat with the inside parts of it missing, after attempting without success to get him to look at the car again as it wasn't fixed, I took it to the dealer they quickly diagnosed a water pump leak, had to pay to have the thermostat replaced again as the one this guy fitted was missing partsVery hard to contact but after finally getting Dessy he claimed he had fitted this as a dummy to check if the head gasket was gone I kid you not 1st time he mentioned it to me 2 weeks after he worked on car, he agreed to cover 80 quid cost of another thermostat and I agreed to leave it at that but then went back on his word and messed me about and didn't pay it back! I've no cash IL transfer you the money he says, still waiting.Without doubt the worst business I've ever dealt with.

Been here recently as a first time. Bought and brought my own parts, changed very quickly and charged fairly.Could be a new mechanic except I bought a new car now and don't expect any more repairs.

I got a super personalised service and MOT prep. These guys are seriously professional and personally went out of his way to take my car for MOT testing. Needless to say this way my 1st experience of MOT in NI. What I am trying to say here is this; These guys are good, knowledgeable, super friendly and simply the best. Very poor service - had my car for 3 months and didn't carry out any repairs that he charged me for. I then took it to another mechanic who advised me that absolutely no work had been done to my car. Was impossible to contact as he ignored my phone calls and messages, this went on for three months until I pushed to get my car back - kept promising to fix it but didn't, even though I proposed what the problem may be in the beginning. Car came back to me in worse condition than it went in - I myself don't smoke but there was ash all over the inside of my car when I got it back. Just overall very unhappy and would not recommend to anyone.
