This game is nicely laid out, staff are friendly, and their manager specials sometimes yeild a great bargain. I love game now that they have branched into other things like board games, and their elite rewards system is very worth joining if you shop here even a couple times a year

Shop anywhere else. If you buy online they wont fight you over a refund. If you buy instore and the product is defective they will refuse to refund you and openly break the law as this is against the CSA 2015. Thier defence is "our policy" lets see your CEO tell that to a judge.They are the worst group that i have had the misfortune of doing business with and am in the process of taking them to court.Just get it anywhere else, or if you have to get it online at least then you have less push back when things go wrong. They will do ANYTHING to make sure that they dont give you what is rightfully yours. Your own money back.They will try and strong arm you with nonsence about your sales contract is with anyone but them and as such they are the people you get your money from. They will tell you that they are refusing to refund you and but wont put it in writing as they know the real outcome of that.i have shopped there in the past, spent way too much money on stuffed toys for the kids but do not shop in a place that will gaslight your consumer rights.

Great wee spot for our 9 year old grandsons to spend some time playing the games in the shop's PC alley. We have a coffee in peace. They play away. Perfect combination.

Some kind of joke. The children chose games from the shelf and we went to pay when the seller informed the children that they did not have them in stock. The seller was nice enough to bring a completely different game from the back room and said they could buy this one. If this is the company's sales policy, it must be a scam. This is worrying because often the customers are children who fall for the tricks of sellers.

Nice game shop located in Rushmere shopping centre.It's a must stop when you visit the mall they have games, consoles, games accessories, board games, figures....and area you can rent to play games in the PC .Prices are ok with sales all the time in different products.Staff are very friendly and helpful it's always a pleasure shopping in this store.
