I recognise this is a bigger issue than just the practice itself, but they genuinely are just feeding into the failing system by their poorly ran automated service and withholding their patients from being able to even book any appts! I've been ringing for 2 weeks straight, unable to get through. I rang one afternoon to explain my issue, and the fact ringing at 8 in the morning is very difficult leaving me late to work and my children late to school. To be greeted with an indifferent attitude and brazen response "the new GPs don't want any appointments booked, you just have to ring in the morning. If you have an issue, send in a letter" pathetic.

Fantastic service from all gps and staff during challenging times. Have always been able to get advice/care for myself and my family when required.

Really poor. Booked appointment today at 9:10 and still waiting at 10:20. It was saved in the system for 10am. Last week was advised by them to attend a clinic to get my sons ear wax syringed and confirmed it was covered by NHS. I had to pay £60. Lift your game please

All of the staff at the surgery are fantastic and nothing is too much trouble. From the reception staff to the nurses and the doctors. My GP Dr Hunter is fantastic, I am very lucky to be a patient at this surgery.

Helpful staff, great Drs but the carpark is a disgrace..no disabled parking with limited spaces .

Really poor service today, standing for 5 to 10 minutes waiting for someone to come to reception just so I could collect a sample kit. Phones were ringing off the hook, two elderly patients came in, the first didn't know how to use the touch screen check in system and I ended up having to do it for him the second had to wait along with me. After standing waiting for an unacceptable period of time both receptionists appeared, both carrying mugs of tea. This is utterly unacceptable and unprofessional behaviour, at least one member of staff should be manning the department at all times, it doesn't take two people to make two cups of tea. My department starts at 3am and even we would never leave the department empty despite the rarity of ever getting a phonecall or things going wrong.
