Today 17th February 2024 Saturday,I went to the craigavon store to buy a phone but the staff(female staff)at the mobile phone section and the store manager are racists,both of them behaved very disrespectfully.Several times visited and shopping done previously but never had the same experience,very sad.

The staff are more interested in selling insurance..I spent 400 and all they wanted to speak about was insurance...that is if your lucky to get a member of staff.

No staff come near you, rather talk to each other, that's the third time into this store and each time no service. End up buying from locals, loss sale of 2x microwaves, hovers and now a 65"TV and not cheap ones, You need to sort the service out.

Did find that some employees were standing around when assistance was needed, but a young man called Ben who was a trainee, was very helpful as my phone was irreparably damaged and he gave great advice on what phone would be best for me

Went in the Craigavon store, asked young lad was he free, walked straight past me and then decided to half turn his head and said no! Other two young girls walking about chatting about their weekend not even interested in asking did I need help .......I had to follow them round until I finally got their attention, hire decent staff that actually take an interest in their jobs and have good customer service as this lot don't!!!!!!!

I went into the Craigavon store yes with the intentions of buying a new phone. I had 1 picked out but unfortunately there wasn't any staff about to help me. There was 2 other customers waiting also, there was 1 lad walking about getting something for a customer and when I ask him for help he said the fella that deals with the phones had just went on his break and wouldn't be back for 15 to 20 minutes. I ask was there no one else that could deal with it and he said NO he was the only 1 that dealt with the phones. Well I thought if those other 2 people are waiting on him and by the time he would get back and deal with them I would have to wait the most off an hour. So I just said well you have lost a sale and said I would go to Argos, the lads comment was well then go to Argos. No manners what so ever. Typical lad. And he done me a favour as I got the same phone cheaper in Argos. Very dissapointed customer
